This Wainscott complex combines two properties, with two houses, two pools and a separate spa. The 2.25-acre property is on the market for $25 million.
The sellers purchased the first property in 2008, building a six-bedroom manor house, says listing agent Elaine Stimmel of The Corcoran Group. In 2012, they purchased the adjacent property and constructed a six-bedroom guesthouse.
The centerpiece of the second parcel is a resort-like spa, designed by the sellers. It includes two saunas and various treatment rooms as well as a steam room, known by its Latin name, caldarium, and a warming room, known by its Latin name tepidarium. There are also two bedrooms.
Outside, there is a hot pool and cold plunge pool and a sunken mahogany fire pit. There is also a heated gunite pool on one part of the property and a saltwater pool on the other.
