What would you rather buy? A six-bedroom, eight-bathroom waterfront home in the Hamptons, or a cherry red 1966 Ford Cobra replica with a mega power sound system and four speakers?

If you've got the bucks, you won’t have to decide.

For $5.499 million, Michael and Lori Koffle are throwing in the car (seen here), which is estimated to be worth $50,000 to $60,000, with the purchase of  their Westhampton Beach beachfront home (above) and its seven fireplaces, five-car garage, eat-in gourmet kitchen and heated pool.

Enzo Morabito, executive vice president of Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate, is listing the property.

“Giveaways do help," he says. "They make people walk in the door."

His clients Roseann and James Naples are throwing in two water scooters valued at $17,000 with the sale of their five-bedroom, four bathroom home in East Moriches (left). The house features a gourmet dining kitchen and a formal dining room, as well as a tennis court, 440 feet of shoreline and a boat slip. The house also has an in-ground pool and a Jacuzzi.

“Selling a home with an incentive always works well,” Morabito says. “We try and do anything that will get people to stop, look and see, and then hopefully make an offer.”
