“It’s like a stilt house because the pilings are so tall. It affords these amazing views,” listing agent CJ Mingolelli of Douglas Elliman Real Estate says of the deck-wrapped property with four bedrooms, a full bath and two half-baths in two structures.
The main home has an open living-dining room and a window-lined kitchen with stainless steel appliances. A bedroom and full bath are on the first floor; upstairs is a master bedroom with a half-bath. The guesthouse has two bedrooms and a half bath. Both structures have outdoor showers.
