The four-bedroom, three-bathroom home is a waterfront Colonial with a 118-foot dock on Bannister Creek that fits two boats, says listing agent Milky Forst of Milky Forst Properties.
“This is a home for someone who loves the water,” she says.
The marina is close to the home, so it’s possible to see other boats going by.
The 1968 home has a big deck on the back for entertaining, as well, she says.
Inside, there’s an open feel, with a big entryway and a den with large windows facing the water.
The owner put in a new main bathroom recently, Forst adds.
