This waterfront Southampton mansion, which has luxury amenities such as a rooftop spa and a basement wine cellar, recently sold for $37 million.
Set on 3.25 acres, the 10,000-square-foot home -- which has six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and two half-baths -- was listed in September for $45 million.
"Everyone who came to see this house fell in love with it," says listing agent Michaela Keszler of Douglas Elliman Real Estate. "Every detail was perfectly thought out."
Though the house was newly constructed in 2010, Keszler says it was finished with Old World charm, including antique fireplaces and doors. Outside is a pool overlooking Heady Creek, along with a dock and a few porches and terraces, including one with a dramatic geometric domed ceiling.
