TV meteorologist Sam Champion recently sold his East Hampton four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home for $2.25 million, according to the Long Island Real Estate Report.

Public records show that the co-host of ABC’s “Good Morning America” owned the 4,000-square-foot house with Shawn Bell, proprietor of the high-end Bellhaus boutique in Wainscott.

The sale closed Feb. 15.

They bought the house in 2007 for $2.2 million. On a private road, the .95-acre property has a gunite pool with lush landscaping. The house features Brazilian beechwood floors and a chef’s kitchen.

“It is a special house,” says listing agent Cathy Dransfield at Saunders & Associates, who also brought the buyers to the deal.
