HIGH-END

A mere 15 years old, this doublewide two-bedroom, two-bath home is on an 80-by-100-foot lot. Amenities include central air conditioning, three skylights, three ceiling fans, a handicap-ready all-tile bathroom and polished marble tile in the second bath. There is a a deck as well as a patio room. The maintenance is $1,645.82.
