She said the city has its own police department and recreation areas, including three beaches, a golf course and tennis courts. The house has wood floors, four bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms and updated rooms, including an eat-in kitchen. Carlin said her favorite spot is the living room, which has a fireplace and French doors. But what makes this room special is its “quirky” decor, which includes items that once belonged to her mother and grandmother.
