Why you should buy her house in Jericho

The Siegels bought the 1982 town house about five years ago. The couple replaced the washer, dryer and dishwasher and added decorative molding throughout, new carpeting, bedroom closet systems and additional attic storage space.
The two-level condo located in The Hamlet community has three bedrooms and 2½ baths. “The sun-filled bedrooms are large and have beautiful views of the parklike property,” Gail says. The master bedroom’s bathroom is enhanced with marble and granite features and “feels like a five-star hotel bathroom,” and the neutral-toned eat-in kitchen is “large and gorgeous,” she says. Gail talks more about her home:
“The kitchen has upscale cabinetry, granite countertops and a glass-sliding door that leads to a patio [for easy access] to our barbecue. . . The community has 24-hour gated security, four pools, eight tennis courts and is currently renovating the clubhouse. . . . Our corner unit has two huge side and backyards, and the kids are always outside playing.”
