Janice and her daughter Stacy have lived in this three-bedroom, two-bathroom Cape for five years. The 1,080-square-foot-home was built in 1960 and is on .23 acre. Stacy says of the home:
“It’s very peaceful . . . There are only four houses on the street. We’re right near the hamlet and can walk to the supermarket, library and post office, and you can bike to the beach. We have a wood-burning fireplace in the living room . . . and a screened-in porch that leads to the kitchen . . . The garage has been converted to an art studio, but can easily be converted back to a two-car garage. There’s storage available in an overhead loft. The two full bathrooms are new . . . Plus, we have an outside shower. The heating and hot water system are new. There’s a handicap ramp to the screened-in porch, which was there when we moved in.
Janice adds: “This house is very comfortable for me. My bedroom and bathroom are next to each other on the ground floor. It’s a comfortable house.”
