Why it’s for sale: Carol, 53, who recently sold her dance school, and Bill, 53, a supervisor at a manufacturing plant, say they’ll be moving to Florida. Bill’s company has relocated his job.
The Kleins’ home is only 13 years old. The house is 1,700 square feet, and there’s a bonus room off the master bedroom that they use as an office. Carol talks about the house:

"The house was pristine when I moved in, and it’s still pristine. . . . There are double-tray, high ceilings in the kitchen, living room and dining room. . . . The neighborhood is lovely, very quiet. . . . We have a gas fireplace in the living room. You just flip a switch. It’s a very easy-to-care-for house. . . . I love the area, the farm stands, it’s all so nice. . . . The bedrooms are carpeted, and there’s terra-cotta tile throughout the rest of the house. It’s very easy to clean.”
