“Our location is great. We have a pond behind us, and we’re 50 yards from the clubhouse. It’s like being in the country when you’re on the deck. It’s great for entertaining. The deck is 25 by 25 feet, and there’s a barbecue and fridge out there. It’s very private. We’ve never heard a neighbor. Two sliding glass doors lead to the deck. . . .
"There are hardwood floors in the dining room, living room and part of the entryway. The whole house is full of high hats, some are LEDs, and all have dimmers. The roof and skylights in the units are new as of six months ago.
"Our neighbors are great. One of the reasons we moved here was the variety of ages. We wanted kids around. . . .
"Management just redid the clubhouse and gym. It’s all new. We have two clay tennis courts and three Har-Tru courts, and they’re lighted. We have a community room with a bar, a big TV, a fireplace and a piano. There’s a separate room available to rent for family events.
"A manned concierge desk is open seven days a week, and we have a heated pool and a separate kiddie pool.”
