"There are hardwood floors throughout the main floor and the bedrooms all have carpeting. There’s a skylight in the second-floor bathroom, and the master bedroom suite has a Jacuzzi tub.
"The house has three decks. There’s a deck off the master bedroom suite, a deck off the dining and kitchen area, and a concrete slab deck off the lower level coming out of the aboveground basement. . . .
"The area is great. It’s very relaxed and laid back. If you’re into that New England type of living, this is perfect.
"If you’re looking for a second home and not interested in the Hamptons scene, this is the place for you. The quality of life here is so phenomenal. It’s a different world. There’s so much going on in the area . . . concerts, wineries.”
