Why it's for sale Lisa, 50, a flight attendant, and Bryan, 53, a commercial painter, say they want to downsize now that their two children are older.
It's hard to figure which is nicer, the inside or outside of the DeMarchises' home. Both have received major upgrades and attention, Lisa says:
"We opened the kitchen into the living and dining rooms, renovated the bathrooms with stone and granite, put a roof over the deck and created dry storage space under the deck larger than a garage.
