The Melillos' condo, the Bridgeview model, was built in 2004 and is perched on the shore of Babylon Cove, facing a southeasterly direction. Everything about this condo is water-centric while the decor and style whisper "Hollywood." John talks about the property:

"We're in a prime spot .?.?. I've never seen sunrises like the ones here .?.?. and I'm a world traveler .?.?. You're on vacation here .?.?. We have a deeded 40-foot boat slip attached to the property .?.?. There's a marina here and you can watch everyone come and go in their boats .?.?.
"You're seeing people and everyone you see is happy. You're on vacation! .?.?. We customized many features that no other unit has. In one room, we have custom built-in furniture for storage .?.?. We changed all the flooring to maple. We put an elevator in .?.?. We had no damage from Sandy .?.?. I brought in a professional engineer to certify that there was no storm damage.
