The Rosenblatts are the original owners of this Postmodern 2000 Colonial. They spent an extra $50,000 in upgrades, which include a gas fireplace, wood floors and high-hat lighting, Debbie says.
The four-bedroom, 2½-bath house is on a 7,840-square-foot parcel in a gated community, and amenities include an outdoor in-ground swimming pool and tennis court.
“Our home is one of seven houses in the community of 248 that has the master bedroom on the main level,” Debbie says. There’s an 1,800-square-foot finished basement and a large backyard paver patio. Debbie describes the state-of-the-art kitchen she designed:
“The kitchen was updated about five years ago . . . [and] it’s a gourmet’s delight. It has granite countertops, a stainless-steel Viking gas cooktop, built-in microwave and a double-convection wall oven . . . the dishwasher is hidden so it looks like all the other cabinets . . . and [there’s] an island that seats five,” she says.
