Why it’s for sale. The couple -- Debbie, 51, is a homemaker, and Steven, 58, is a certified public accountant -- have 20-year-old twins in college and are ready to downsize.
The Rosenblatts are the original owners of this Postmodern 2000 Colonial. They spent an extra $50,000 in upgrades, which include a gas fireplace, wood floors and high-hat lighting, Debbie says.
