The Feldmans have owned their 1956 waterfront expanded ranch for nearly 19 years. Sitting on a .62-acre lot, the five-bedroom, four-bath home has about 3,800 square feet of living space. Stan says they have 110 feet of bulkhead with room for three boats.
Myra shares her thoughts on the home:
“The great room is outstanding. It has 14-foot ceilings and exposed beams .?.?. It’s beautiful .?.?. especially with the natural river-stone fireplace .?.?. In 2002, we added 2,000 square feet of living space with a family room and two bedrooms and an office .?.?. When we bought the house, it didn’t have the cathedral ceiling and the open feeling it has now. We did a major renovation .?.?. We have absolute black granite counters where guests like to sit .?.?. turn the chairs around and face the great room, where we usually have a fire going during the cool weather. The kitchen has custom maple cabinets .?.?. We love to sit and read in our plant room .?.?. It’s very cozy.
