Why it’s for sale: The Gallaghers, both 42, are ready to buy a house with a yard for their daughters Reese, 7, and Tatum, 3, to play in. John is in sales for the food service industry. Nancy, who has a background in sales and marketing, is planning to re-enter the workforce.
