The Scarettas purchased their 2002 Colonial about six years ago. Updates include a finished basement, where the couple added a home office and a den with a wet bar. They also built a 30-foot deck for entertaining and extended the driveway to fit two cars side-by-side. The 1,510-square-foot home has three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.
