It’s like the ‘Great Gatsby’ house, and it has the charm of a summer rental. In 1905, it rented for $750 for the summer season . . .  It’s a partying house with an open floor plan, which is unusual for an older house. It has lots of windows and is unique ... and picturesque.

"Bayport is a beautiful town. It has it s own town beach and marina . . . and it's right near the Sayville ferries. The house is 1,700 feet from the water . . . and [the neighborhood has] lots of kids. The block is going younger . . . We have a tennis court and a small vineyard. There’s an indoor hot tub and an outside hot tub. We have a fishpond and lots of landscaping features that are pretty nice. The master bathroom and kitchen were renovated between three and five years ago. . . ."
