She was just a cute kid when she landed her breakout role in “Little Miss Sunshine” at the age of 10, but now 16-year-old actress Abigail Breslin looked all grown up at the Alice and Olivia New York Fashion Week presentation Monday.
Breslin wore a black collared dress and calf-hair pumps with a heart-shaped print, her blonde locks sleek and straight and her lips a bright red.
“My style changes every few years,“ she told Newsday. “I started out loving the rocker look, and now I'm more into classic, but with a little bit of New York boho edge to it.“
Breslin named Audrey Hepburn and Grace Kelly as her current style icons.
Actress AnnaSophia Robb, best known for her roles in “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory," "Because of Winn-Dixie” and “Bridge to Terabithia,“ posed on the red carpet with Breslin wearing almost the exact same shoes.
She paired hers with a black, tie-neck blouse and deep red Alice and Olivia skirt.
“It fits me really well,“ she said, adding that it's hard to find the perfect fit at her petite size. “I feel sophisticated and girly.“
