Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes are officially married.
The former “Good Morning America” news anchors said “I do” during a private ceremony in Arkansas, according to their marriage license obtained by People. Their big day took place on Sept. 19 in Washington County.
Holmes hails from Arkansas and attended the University of Arkansas.
The couple met in September 2020 when they began working together as co-anchors on ABC’s daytime news program “GMA3: What You Need to Know.”
In November 2022, they made headlines after photos surfaced of them holding hands in a car during a vacation in upstate New York. At the time, Robach was married to her husband Andrew Shue and Holmes was married to his wife Marilee Fiebig, adding more fuel to their fire. Both Holmes, 49, and Robach, 53, have maintained that they were separated from their spouses when they began their secret romance.
A few days later, Robach and Holmes were temporarily suspended from the morning news program following news of their workplace relationship. In January 2023, they were both officially fired.
The pair continued dating after their terminations and divorced their respective spouses, who also struck up a romantic relationship. Robach and Holmes also launched their own podcast together, “Amy & T.J.”
During an October 2025 episode on the pod, they announced they had been engaged for a month, but didn’t share any details on the proposal.
The newlyweds have yet to share any details or photos from their big day. This is Robach’s third marriage. Besides being married to Shue, she was also married to Tim McIntosh from 1996 to 2009. They share two daughters together.
