An open season dud: Mario Tennis
Nintendo has released a Mario-titled game that, aside from being typically colorful and noisy as a Mario game should be, bears little resemblance in game play to what we expect. Instead, we are left with a mundane tennis game that smacks of carelessness instead of respect for the gaming icon. A tennis game packed with almost no frills and clever gimmicks dooms Mario Tennis Open from the opening serve.
