 Franklin and Wilkerson became engaged over the holidays. 
 She is considering <a href="/topics/Vera_Wang">Vera Wang</a>, <a href="/topics/Valentino_%28designer%29">Valentino</a> and <a href="/topics/Donna_Karan">Donna Karan</a> to design her dress.
