Beyoncé has finally stepped out after almost a monthlong absence from the public eye.

The diva, who hasn't been seen out and about since before she gave birth to her daughter Blue Ivy, made an appearance at husband Jay-Z's Carnegie Hall concert in Manhattan on Monday night, according to E! News.

Beyoncé arrived wearing a tight, form-fitting Alice by Temperley dress, showing off her post-baby body. She paired the dress with Christian Louboutin platform heels, according to Us Weekly.

Jay-Z got emotional while performing his song 'Glory,' which he wrote for the couple's daughter, the magazine's website reported.

The couple headed to Jay-Z's 40/40 club after the show and mingled with guests, the mag said, but did not speak to any reporters.

Beyoncé has not given any interviews since her daughter's birth on Jan. 7.
