Sarah Jessica Parker is establishing her bookworm cred.

On Monday, the “Sex and the City” and “Divorce” star announced that Stephanie Powell Watts’ novel “No One Is Coming to Save Us” will be the first book in the American Library Association’s new Book Club Central, of which Parker is honorary chair.

On Tuesday, Parker announced the inaugural book at SJP for Hogarth, her own line of books with publisher Hogarth. Tentatively titled “A Place for Us,” the novel by debut author Fatima Farheen Mirza, 26, follows an Indian Muslim family in California.

In a statement Parker said, “I guarantee you will be different when you close the book.” It will be published in 2019.
