Alec and Hilaria Baldwin expecting baby No. 7

The Baldwins of Amagansett are adding another baby to the brood: Hilaria Baldwin, wife of actor-producer Alec Baldwin, announced Tuesday that the couple is expecting a seventh child.
"After many ups and downs over the past few years, we have an exciting up and a huge surprise: another Baldwinito is coming this fall," Hilaria Baldwin, 38, wrote on Instagram. "We were pretty sure our family was complete, and we're beyond happy with this surprise."
Accompanying the post is a 50-second video of herself and Alec Baldwin as five of their children cavort around her in a bedroom and she sits happily on the floor, holding the couple's youngest, infant María Lucía. Playing in the scene is singer Emilee Flood's cover of Frankie Valli's 1967 hit "Can't Take My Eyes Off You."
"I'm sharing with you the moment we told the kids — as you can see, they are super excited!" her post continued. "Our new baby is a very bright spot in our lives. A blessing and a gift during such uncertain times. I've missed you during my break from social media," she said, referring to her March 4 Instagram post saying she was taking a hiatus from that platform following her deletion of her Twitter account in December. "I'm back and looking forward to continuing with you this wild journey that we call 'life.' Our love to you and your loved ones."
Three-time Emmy Award winner Alec Baldwin, who was born in Amityville and raised in Massapequa, reposted her video and message on his own Instagram account. Minutes before this, he had posted a photo of their 18-month-old son, Eduardo, in a high chair, his face spattered with tomato sauce, eating a strand of spaghetti. "If you look at the spaghetti sauce carefully," Baldwin wrote puckishly, it says 'I'm getting another sibling.' "
The couple, who experienced two miscarriages in 2019, additionally told People magazine in a joint statement, "We have 'somos un buen equipo' [Spanish for "we are a good team"] engraved on our wedding bands. We say that to each other all the time at home — that we're a good team."
They added, "One of the most beautiful things [our] children have experienced with a big family is how the heart can grow with every new sibling. … Our capacity to love continues to expand and we can't wait to embrace our new little one this fall!"
In addition to María Lucía and Eduardo, Alec and Hilaria Baldwin are parents to daughter Carmen, 8, and sons Rafael, 6, Leonardo, 5, and Romeo, whose birth the couple announced on May 17, 2018, without specifying a birthdate. Alec Baldwin additionally has a daughter, model Ireland Baldwin, 26, with his Oscar winner ex-wife, Kim Basinger.
