Bogus gun threat at Hulk Hogan nuptials

A photographer who yelled, "I'm packing a gun," caused a commotion at pro wrestler Hulk Hogan's wedding Tuesday afternoon.

A brawl broke out after paparazzo Robert Martinez, who had crashed the event in Clearwater, Fla., was told by a security guard named Ron Howard to leave Hogan's property, according to TMZ.com.

Sources told the site that pushing and shoving ensued and that Martinez put his forearm on the guard's throat before making what was later shown to be an empty threat.

Wedding guests called Clearwater police, who told GossipCop.com that "no gun was found."

They said there would be no charges because the "parties agreed" and "no one wanted to file."

Hogan proposed in November 2009 to Jennifer McDaniel, his girlfriend since early 2008.
