Demi Lovato confesses in an emotional new interview that she almost went back to rehab for her eating disorder this summer, but her boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama saved her. "I was obsessing over food and terrified of it at the same time," Lovato told Fitness magazine. Wilmer noticed and called me out on it, which was a relief. I was done being afraid of food and so tired of overeating and not knowing why I did it. Now I'm on a structured meal plan. I eat four small meals and two snacks a day."

Millan isn't playing dead

Cesar Millan is alive and well. The world-famous dog trainer recorded a funny video of himself on Friday to let animal lovers everywhere know he was OK after false reports that he had died of a heart attack hit the Internet two days earlier. Millan's beloved pup Junior also confirmed that his master was still alive on Facebook: "Reports of my Pack Leader's untimely demise are greatly exaggerated. I can happily report he is safe, happy and healthy. I can also tell you he kept me up all night snoring, my breakfast was a little late but I did get a great morning walk. As Cesar keeps telling me: Exercise. Discipline. Affection. The key to a long, balanced and healthy life!"
