Green's suit for $200K dismissedA Los Angeles judge Monday dismissed a lawsuit filed by actor Brian Austin Green against his ex-girlfriend, former "Las Vegas" star Vanessa Marcil, seeking what he said was repayment of a $200,000 loan. TMZ.com reported that the court ruled Green had waited too long to pursue legal action and that the statute of limitations had run out. Green and Marcil have a son, Kassius Lijah, 10. Green recently became the father of a son with his wife, actress Megan Fox.
