Diaz gets foothold at shoe companyActress Cameron Diaz has been named artistic director at the footwear and accessories label Pour La Victoire, the fashion industry publication WWD reports. Diaz, 40, has an undisclosed stake in parent company PLV Studio Inc., and will participate in merchandising, marketing, advertising and other aspects. "There's a lot I have to learn about the business," Diaz told WWD. "I'm interested in learning how collections are created." She added, "I know how I work and I know when something is important to me. I'll try my best and hope for the best."
