Actress Carrie Fisher says she will once again be Princess Leia when the "Star Wars" movie franchise restarts in 2015.
Speaking with the magazine Palm Beach Illustrated, Fisher, 56, said yes when asked if she would reprise her role, then laughed and said Leia would be "elderly. She's in an intergalactic old folks' home."
She added, "I just think she would be just like she was before, only slower and less inclined to be up for the big battle."
Disney, which recently purchased Lucasfilm, has not said how far along development on the new film might be, nor has it confirmed any casting.
Fisher, who in interviews and in her 2008 memoir "Wishful Drinking" has spoken candidly about her depression and bipolarity, was briefly hospitalized recently after an episode while performing on a cruise ship, but has recovered.
