Cher working on autobiographical musical
And now, "Cher the Musical?" The pop diva tweeted Sunday that she had spent the previous three days working on an autobiographical musical with Rick Elice, who co-wrote (with Marshall Brickman) the books for "Jersey Boys" and "The Addams Family," Newsday's Linda Winer reports. According to the British website WhatsOnStage, Cher, 69, said in a 2012 tweet that she was thinking about a show "about my life with my music." There reportedly will be three versions of Cher -- the time before and during her life with Sonny Bono, the time after she left the "Believe" tour and the present -- and they will interact with one another.
