Chris Brown hasn't learned from past

Chris Brown, you have not learned any lessons in the past three years. You were arrested. You pleaded guilty to one count of felony assault and you were sentenced to a year of domestic violence classes and 1,400 hours of community service. All of which you have completed. Plus, you publicly apologized many times for your actions and have vowed to be a better person. So why almost three years to the day after you beat up your then-girlfriend Rihanna would you tweet this? "Middle finger in full effect today!!! LOL." How I read this is that you're giving the middle finger to the authorities who arrested and convicted you, which would be completely inappropriate.
