The rehabilitation facility that singer Chris Brown said he is entering will address anger-management issues, according to a report.

TMZ.com said Wednesday that while Brown awaits his next court appearance on his assault arrest Sunday in Washington, D.C., he will spend up to three months in a Malibu rehab facility learning to control his anger.

Brown, 24, remains on probation for his February 2009 assault on his then-girlfriend, singer Rihanna. He violated that probation, a Los Angeles judge ruled in August, by not credibly documenting that he fulfilled his court-ordered 1,400 hours of community service, and was given 1,000 more.

Though the weekend arrest was downgraded from a felony to a misdemeanor, the judge in the Rihanna case could still revoke Brown's probation, TMZ noted, and sentence the singer to up to four years in prison. Brown is scheduled to attend a probation status hearing on Nov. 20.
