Is Chris Brown's comeback/image rehab now complete?

The R&B singer, who filled Rockefeller Plaza last month for a free show that was part of the "Today" show concert series, has graduated to arena headliner with his upcoming tour supporting his hit-filled "F.A.M.E." album. The tour includes a stop at Nassau Coliseum on Sept. 30.

Brown, who dropped a new mixtape, "Boy in Detention," last week that features appearances from Justin Bieber and Tyga, also has two MTV Video Music Awards nominations.

"This tour will allow me to paint a picture musically," Brown said in a statement. "I want to bring a lot of energy and excitement to all the fans. It's going to be a great show."

The tour, which will feature T-Pain, Kelly Rowland and Tyga as openers, kicks off Sept. 12 in Toronto and runs through Oct. 30.
