Donal Logue still searching for missing daughter, Jade, one week later
After alerting the public last Tuesday that his 16-year-old daughter, Jade, had gone missing in Brooklyn, “Gotham” star Donal Logue has renewed his plea for help and provided police contact information.
“I love all people and have met tons, but honestly (I’m biased) there’s never been a more loving, innocent, cuddly child than Jade,” Logue, who is in his early 50s, posted on social media. “I love her and who she is and her tribe is strong . . . but there are some predators who swim among their ranks knowing they’re dealing with sweet, trusting souls. We want you home Jade.”
He added, “Whoever knows where she is, whoever may be with her — clearly this thing has become big and crazy. The net has been flung far and wide and luckily, I have dogged teams from the NYPD, FBI and others involved. The point is, you may have had good intentions to help her, but I’m sure you realize that this situation is bigger than you could have ever anticipated. It’s okay. Just drop her off. Let her get back in touch with her mother, Kasey, or me — we’ll take her back, with hugs and no questions asked.”

Jade, the daughter of Logue and his ex, Kacey Smith, was born Arlo and is openly transgender, tweeting in April 2016, “shoutout to being trans cant wait to be assaulted for absolutely no reason other than existing.” The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children lists her as 6-foot-2, 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Logue and Smith, formerly known as Kasey Walker, also have another child, son Finn.
“Jade’s gender and her sexual orientation does not matter here,” Smith said in a tweeted video. “What matters is that there’s a child out there, my baby, Donal’s baby, out there missing. . . . Jade, if you’re watching this or can see this or have any access to this, we want you home. Please come home. We love you; we miss you terribly. Please come home, Jade.”
