He weighed 7 lbs., 15 oz. The baby's middle name is in honor of the "Celebrity Apprentice" judge's grandfather, a New York City real-estate developer. "I'm thrilled," Trump, 34, told People. "The baby is healthy and beautiful." Spencer joins siblings TristanMilos, 1, Donnie John III, 3, and Kai Madison, 5.
