Duggars welcome second grandchild

And the kids just keep on coming.
Josh Duggar -- eldest son of the "19 Kids and Counting" clan of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar -- and his wife Anna, welcomed their second child, a son, on Wednesday, People magazine reports.
The two already have a daughter, Mackynzie, 20 months.
The boy is the second grandchild for the reality-show couple, whose TLC show began in 2008 as "17 Kids and Counting."
The 8-pound, 5-ounce baby's name has not yet been made public, but the couple told TLC they will give their child an "M" name to match his sister's, in the tradition of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar giving each of their 10 boys and nine girls a name beginning with J.
All the drama of the preparation and birth was captured for a TLC special called "19 Kids: First Grandson" that will air Sunday at 8 p.m.
