Disney Channel alum Dylan Sprouse says he, twin brother are 'children of incest'

Dylan Sprouse is getting honest about his family tree.

During an episode of his “Wildmen” podcast on Tuesday, Sprouse made a bombshell admission: The Disney alum said he and twin brother Cole are “children of incest.”

Dylan Sprouse, who starred on “The Suite Life of Zack and Cody” with his brother, explained that he recently discovered their parents’ families had married into each other’s lines generations before their mother and father got together.

He shared that relatives from both sides of his family originally traveled to California during the Gold Rush era. “Get this: the families marry in California in the late 1800s. And then they diverged. And then they married again … with my mom and my dad, like last generation,” he recalled.

Sprouse added that when he uncovered the connection, he sent Cole photographic proof and called him, but his brother shut it down immediately: “He goes, ‘Not looking at that,’ closed it, hung up on me,” Sprouse said.

Sprouse also revealed that there have been multiple sets of twins in his family. “We have seven sets of twins in four generations, which is crazy. That’s a lot of twins,” before joking about the root cause. “The reason why we have a lot of twins is it’s the same family!”

Later in the episode, he says it point blank. “Long story short, Cole and I are children of incest.”
