Efron, Collins relationship over

It's over between Efron, CollinsZac Efron and Lily Collins have ended their casual romance after three months, Us Weekly reports. "The Lucky One" star Efron, 24, and "Mirror Mirror" lead Collins, 23, the daughter of musician Phil Collins, were first seen holding hands during a friend's birthday party at a Los Angeles restaurant on Feb. 8, the magazine said, then had a low-key relationship. Efron was previously involved with Vanessa Hudgens, while Collins dated "Twilight" star Taylor Lautner.
