'Fast & Furious' resumes filming in Atlanta
Themovie "Fast & Furious 7" has resumed filming in Atlanta, 3 1/2 months after the death of star Paul Walker in an unrelated auto accident on Nov. 30. NBC affiliate WXIA/11 said downtown businesses had received notices of lane closures and special-effects work from March 16 to 22. As well, fellow "F&F7" star Tyrese Gibson yesterday posted an Instagram photo of Abu Dhabi, capital of the United Arab Emirates -- where The Hollywood Reporter last week said filming would resume in April -- captioned, "I'm back.........." The action movie, originally scheduled for a July 11 release, has been pushed to April 10, 2015.
