A former Britney Spears bodyguard claims the pop princess made "repeated unwanted sexual advances" toward him, beat one of her children with a belt and fed the seafood-allergic kids crabmeat.

In a lawsuit set to be filed Wednesday afternoon in Los Angeles County Superior Court, according to TMZ.com, Fernando Flores describes a series of questionable and lewd behaviors by the multiplatinum recording star.

Flores alleges that Spears, 28, exposed herself to him on multiple occasions, "engaged in numerous sex acts in front of him," and had loud sexual relations in a hotel suite where her two sons - Sean Preston, 4, and Jayden, 3 - were present, though the suit does not specify what, if anything, they may have seen.

The suit also claims Spears on one occasion demanded Flores remove his belt, with which she then twice "savagely hit" Sean Preston; and that she fed both children crabmeat despite knowing of their serious allergies. Though the children began vomiting, the suit says, Spears prevented anyone from seeking medical help. But separate sources told TMZ that Flores contacted the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services, which investigated and determined the claim had no merit.

Spears' representatives did not respond to TMZ's request for comment. RadarOnline.com corroborated seeing the lawsuit before it was filed.
