Grammers caught in custody battle

Camille Grammer is convinced she can reach a custody agreement with ex Kelsey Grammer that will keep son Jude and daughter Mason together. The couple's split took a nasty twist last week when Kelsey filed for sole custody of just Jude, 6, proposing Mason, 9, live with her mother in Los Angeles. Camille fired back in court with her own primary custody bid. But she used an appearance on Ryan Seacrest's radio show Monday to reach out to her ex. "I'm really trying to reach out to him and I think it's very important for us to be cordial to one another to raise our children properly."

The mom of eight took to her Twitter Monday to say that her tummy tuck in 2006 was painful but she would do it all over again! "Get through the first two weeks of pain and yuck," Kate tweets. "And it'll be the best decision you've ever made!" She filmed the tummy tuck for an episode of "Sextuplets and Twins: One Year Later."
