Greg Kelly, son of NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly and co-anchor of "Good Day New York," who was cleared Tuesday of a sexual assault accusation by the Manhattan district attorney, will return to the air Friday morning, a WNYW/5 spokeswoman said Wednesday.
Kelly left the show Jan. 25 after the district attorney launched an investigation into the accusations. News anchor Steve Lacy has filled in during his absence.
Kelly, a former Marine fighter pilot, joined "Good Day New York" in 2008.
