British film director Guy Ritchie is having his fourth child, his representative confirmed to People magazine Thursday. It will be his second child with his girlfriend, model Jacqui Ainsley, with whom he has a 10-month-old son, Rafael. Ritchie, 43, whose most recent films are Robert Downey Jr.'s 2009 "Sherlock Holmes" and its 2011 sequel, has two sons -- Rocco, 11, and David, 6, who was adopted from Malawi -- with his ex-wife Madonna.
