Halle Berry, Olivier Martinez appear together after divorce news

Oscar-winner Halle Berry and her estranged husband, Olivier Martinez, together took the actress' 7-year-old daughter Nahla to a birthday party over the weekend, appearing civil in the wake of their announcement last month that they were divorcing after two years.
E! News on Sunday posted a photo of Berry and Martinez, both 49, as he drove in Los Angeles' Woodland Hills neighborhood Saturday, wearing what appeared to be his wedding ring. People magazine specified the couple was taking Nahla, Berry's daughter with her former partner, Canadian model Gabriel Aubry, to a birthday fete.
Martinez had been photographed without his ring on Oct. 28, a day after the divorce announcement. Berry, who lost her wedding ring while in Mexico for the Acapulco film fest in January 2014, had replaced it with a gold band she wore Tuesday at the Spectre: The Black Women of Bond Tribute at the California African American Museum in Los Angeles, said E! -- adding that a day later she was wearing no ring.
Berry had met Martinez when they filmed the thriller "Dark Tide" in South Africa in 2010. In March 2012, he confirmed their engagement, which had been rumored since that January. The couple had a son, Maceo, in October 2013.
She previously was wed to baseball player David Justice and to R&B musician Eric Benét, followed by a four-year relationship with Aubry.
Last week she told "Extra" at a benefit event, "I'm doing OK, you know, I really am. I keep pushing, I'm doing OK. And I'm really happy to be here because whenever you're going through anything in life, when you step outside yourself and focus on others, that's always the best remedy for any situation that you'd rather not be dealing with."
In related news, People magazine on Sunday ran a photo of former "Grey's Anatomy" star Patrick Dempsey, 49, and his estranged wife, Jillian, walking hand-in-hand in Paris on Sunday, nearly 10 months after she filed for divorce after 15 years of marriage and three children.
