Anna Paquin, Ralph Fiennes, Dakota Fanning, Paul Dano and David Duchovny are among the stars expected to attend the 21st annual Hamptons International Film Festival next month. Filmmakers scheduled to appear include Spike Jonze, Edgar Wright, Joe Wright and Richard Curtis.

Among the festival's live events will be a tandem interview with Bruce Dern and his "Nebraska" co-star Will Forte, an informal talk with documentary filmmaker Barbara Kopple and a panel discussion with David Oyelowo ("The Butler"), Brie Larson ("Short Term 12") and other up-and-coming actors.

The sci-fi romance "About Time," starring Rachel McAdams, will be the opening night film in Southampton, and "August: Osage County," starring Meryl Streep, will be Saturday's centerpiece screening. The annual Views From Long Island program includes "Across Grace Alley," a short by Huntington native Ralph Macchio, who is expected to appear. The Hamptons International Film Festival runs Oct. 10-14.
