"The Hills" star was alive with the sound of threats and accusations, as Heidi Montag called police Thursday to get her mom off her lawn.

"Her showing up is completely out of line and psychotic," Montag, 23, told TMZ.com. "I'm getting a restraining order against her."

The familial fallout comes after Montag's mother, Darlene Egelhoff, said on the season premiere of MTV's "The Hills" that she didn't care for the results of Montag's much-publicized 10 plastic surgeries in one day.

"I thought you were much more beautiful before," Egelhoff told her daughter on the April 27 show. "I'm hoping some of this will fade and go away." Montag responded with tears.

Montag told TMZ, "My mom just showed up to the house unannounced . . . and after what she did to me on national TV, I have no desire to see her." In an interview with People magazine she said, "She tore my heart out on national television. She is just trying to create drama in my life."

"Officers arrived on the scene and advised the mother that since her daughter's an adult, she doesn't have to speak to" Egelhoff, Los Angeles Police Department spokesman Sgt. Gary Leffew told People. "The mother said, 'Fine, no problem,' and left. There were no citations or arrests."
