Hollywood Life: Madonna talks death, drugs in new interview
Madonna, 56, posed topless for the cover of Interview magazine, even after publicly calling out Kim Kardashian, 34, for her racy Paper magazine shoot. Inside the magazine, Madonna was truly revealing as she opened up about serious topics including death.
"I became very obsessed with death, and the idea that you never know when death will arrive, so one has to do as much as possible all the time to get the most out of life," she said.
She also talked about drugs: "It's about how people take drugs to connect to God or to a higher level of consciousness. . . . But there's going to be a short circuit, and that's the illusion of drugs, because they give you the illusion of getting closer to God, but ultimately they kill you."
"I mean, I tried everything once," she continued, "but as soon as I was high, I spent my time drinking tons of water to get it out of my system."
A Minaj-Beyoncé duet
The tracklist for Nicki Minaj's next album "The Pinkprint" was released Monday on Instagram and it's full of surprises, including a new duet with Beyoncé. The song featuring the two divas is titled "Feeling Myself." We can't even begin to imagine how sexy the video is going to be. "The Pinkprint" is set to drop Dec. 15.
